Direct and accountable
Your booking is handled by the same local team that dispatches the car. No call-centre handoffs and no anonymous app support.
A local travel desk, built around the journey.
Pooja Travels is a Secunderabad-based car rental and taxi service. We arrange clean, air-conditioned cars with professional drivers for city rides, airport transfers and journeys across India.
Who we are
One team, from the first message to the final drop.
Pooja Travels is an owner-run travel service based in Krishna Nagar Colony, Secunderabad. We arrange cars and drivers for individuals, families and companies — from a quick city errand to a multi-day trip out of Telangana.
We keep the process deliberately simple. You tell us the route and the kind of car you need, we confirm availability and the fare, and the same team stays reachable until you reach your destination. There is no separate app to install and no online payment to make before we have spoken.
- Owner-led communication. Proprietor A. Yakoob and the office team handle enquiries directly.
- One fleet, clearly described. Hatchbacks, sedans, MPVs, SUVs and a premium chauffeur car.
- All India reach. Local Hyderabad travel plus outstation journeys by arrangement.
- Honest digital tools. Estimates are labelled as estimates, and tracking only appears when a driver shares real GPS.

How we work
The standards we hold ourselves to.
These are the promises we can control: clear communication, a clean car, a professional driver and a fare you understood before the trip began.
Fares explained up front
Distance, vehicle and trip type shape the estimate. Tolls, parking, waiting time and route changes are discussed before they are added.
Punctual by design
Pickup times are planned with a buffer for airport runs and long-distance departures. If something changes, we call you.
Reachable when it matters
Phone and WhatsApp stay open before, during and after the trip, including for changes to your return journey.

What we will not do
- We will not invent customer reviews, ratings or “years in business” numbers.
- We will not show a moving car on the tracking page unless a real driver has shared GPS.
- We will not collect card details on this website or promise a fare we have not confirmed.
