1. About these terms

These terms explain how the Pooja Travels website and booking request process work. By using this website, creating an account or sending a booking request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please contact the office instead of using the website.

2. What this website does

The website helps you explore the fleet, estimate a fare, send a booking request and — once a booking is confirmed — view its status. It is an enquiry and booking-request tool, not an automated dispatch or payment system.

3. A request is not a confirmed booking

When you submit the form, your request is recorded as Booking Received. A booking exists only when Pooja Travels contacts you and confirms the vehicle, driver and fare. Website availability, estimated distances and estimated durations are indicative and may change.

4. Fares and estimates

• Fares shown on the website are indicative estimates only. They are based on the route, vehicle and trip type you select.
• Tolls, parking, state permits, night charges, waiting time, extra kilometres and route changes may be added where they apply. We will explain these before they are charged.
• The final fare is the one confirmed with you by Pooja Travels for that trip.
• Estimates can change if the pickup or destination changes, if the trip runs longer than planned, or if traffic or road closures require a different route.

5. Payment

This website does not take online payments and does not collect card or UPI details. Payment is arranged directly with Pooja Travels. Please confirm the accepted payment method when your booking is confirmed.

6. Changes and cancellations

• Tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Changes are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
• You can cancel an unstarted request from My Bookings when signed in, or by calling the office. A request cannot be cancelled online once the trip has started.
• Cancellation or waiting charges may apply if a driver has already been dispatched or has waited at the pickup point. We will explain any charge before applying it.
• If we cannot provide a confirmed vehicle, we will tell you and, where possible, suggest an alternative. Any amount already paid for that trip will be handled directly with you.

7. Pickup, waiting and passengers

• Please be ready at the agreed pickup point and time. Waiting time may be chargeable after the included period confirmed with you.
• For airport pickups, share your flight details where possible and tell us about delays. We will do what we can, but traffic and flight changes can affect timing.
• Vehicles are booked by seat and luggage capacity. Do not exceed the confirmed capacity; if you have extra luggage, tell us in advance so a suitable vehicle can be arranged.
• Child seats are not automatically provided. Request one when booking and we will confirm whether it is available.
• Smoking, alcohol and illegal goods are not permitted in the vehicle. The driver may refuse a trip that is unsafe or unlawful.

8. Routes, drivers and safety

Drivers are asked to follow a sensible route and to drive safely. You may request a route, but the driver may decline a request that is unsafe, unlawful or impractical. Drivers are entitled to rest breaks on long journeys. Please follow the driver's safety instructions and wear seat belts where provided.

9. Live tracking and GPS

Tracking appears only when the assigned driver chooses to share their GPS from the driver dashboard. It is not a continuous safety, emergency or surveillance service, and location data can be delayed or inaccurate. Do not use the tracking page while driving. If you need urgent help, call the office or the appropriate emergency service.

10. Accounts

Provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. We may suspend an account that is used for fake bookings, abuse or unlawful activity.

11. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or interfere with the website, submit false bookings, impersonate another person, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

12. Third-party services

The website links to WhatsApp and may use Google Maps and Google Fonts. Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

13. Liability

We take bookings seriously, but we cannot guarantee that traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns or other events outside our control will not affect a journey. To the extent permitted by law, Pooja Travels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from such delays. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Website content and intellectual property

The Pooja Travels name, logo, text and design of this website belong to Pooja Travels or are used with permission. Vehicle photographs may be sourced from third parties and are credited where required. Do not copy or reuse the site content for commercial purposes without permission.

15. Demo mode

This preview can run without a backend. In that mode, accounts, bookings, enquiries and tracking information are stored only in your browser and are not visible to Pooja Travels. Demo records are labelled DEMO and must not be relied on as real bookings. Connect the WordPress backend before taking live bookings.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, disputes will be handled by the courts at Secunderabad, Telangana.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or the website changes. The “last updated” date will change when we do. The terms in force at the time of your booking request apply to that request.
