Are the fares on this website final?

No. The website shows an indicative estimate based on distance, vehicle and trip type. Pooja Travels confirms the final fare with you before pickup, taking tolls, parking, waiting time and the actual route into account.

How do I confirm a booking?

You can send the request on WhatsApp or create a website booking. A website request is logged as “Booking Received” and our team contacts you to confirm availability. A booking is only confirmed once we speak with you.

Do you provide live tracking?

Yes — but only when the assigned driver shares their GPS from the driver dashboard. The tracking page never invents a car position. If the driver has not shared a location, it will clearly say “Awaiting driver GPS”.

Can I cancel a booking?

You can cancel a request that has not started from My Bookings when signed in, or by calling us. Cancellation charges may apply if a driver has already been dispatched. Completed or started trips cannot be cancelled online.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Secunderabad and serve Hyderabad, Telangana and all of India for outstation and long-distance travel. Share your route and we will confirm availability and a quotation.

What payments do you accept?

Payment is arranged directly with Pooja Travels. The website does not collect card details or online payments. Please confirm the accepted payment method when we call to confirm your booking.
